Hotel Jhankar Palace

Room service and room condition was very bad. It was a very bad experience. I will never suggest anyone to stay there.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it!

hot water in the bathroom was unavailable

The rooms were not as good as they were promised. There is no mat provided outside the bathroom. The quality of food is not very good. The breakfast which I took at 930 AM had become cold. No sachet for making tea/coffee was available in the room. For morning tea/coffee you are required to visit the restaurant where the coffee served is cold. Overall not a good experience.

Poor receptionists service..either the guy was new or not trained... rooms were vacant still allotted room next to staff rooms..no hot water in the evening or in the morning..no effort to change the room inspite of reporting..food was good though..cleared the bill in night itself as I had to leave early morning with a cold shower again...sharing few pics as how I crossed the lobby....wish I could share the pic..of the staff sleeping on floor early morning..traveller and staff should be looked after

Buffet breakfast was just an below average ....almost all items are finished in morning 9 am only

Bed comfort is not up to the mark Food is excellent loved it During night at around 2am there were some house keeping staff(not sure who was it) countinously talking loudly laughing for almost an hour was not able to sleep because of disturbances

My stay was below average despite booking a premium room. The Tata Sky connection was deactivated, and the staff had to change the set-top box three times without understanding why the issue persisted. There was no toilet roll in the bathroom, and even after multiple calls to the reception, it took quite some time to resolve. At checkout, I was surprised to see a bill that I never signed. It seems the manager does not cross-check whether in-room dining bills are verified and signed by guests. Moreover, I had specifically declined bottled water since it was being charged, yet the charges were still added to my final bill. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far from what one would expect from a premium room booking.

Hospitality was wonderful. Food is awesome. Breakfast is served hot with a joyful heart. Chef Mr. Harish Sharma made the best meals. Rooms are good but could have been better.

location was on highway, easy to find. food quality was excellent for in room dining. buffet breakfast was average. amenities need too much improvements specially bathroom accessories and equipments. service in room was below average...needs too much improvement

Fantastic service and room quality hygiene was also great. We were well received right from arrival to departure. Food quality was good too. We enjoyed swimming too complimentary. Overall excellent.

Hotel Jhankar palace is excellent choice for staying at Dhule for 100% vegeteranian food habit travellers.The staff is polite ready to help. Mr. Gavali at restaurant was very cooperative for arranging breakfast menu at 0715 hours in the morning. We enjoyed breakfast on both days of our stay. Total menu was different on both days with lots of variety to choose from. We look forward to stay at this place during our future visits .Thanks !

for one night, AC was not working, I didn’t get hot water for bath in the morning. These 2 are the basic requirements of traveler otherwise I could take rest in my car as well. Very sad 1. AC was not working. 2. ⁠hot water was not there. 3. ⁠Don’t have good room service.

Staff courteous and friendly. Rooms well furnished and spacious. Restaurant excellent. Location excellent for stopover. However rooms soundproofing is poor. This kept us awake at night due to a very noisy party on hotel lawns and highway traffic at night. Good quality soundproof windows can solve this issue. This will easily upgrade this hotel
