Married couples aren't allowed evn with their Reg. Marriage Certificates
They didn't even allowed me in when I came to their hotel saying marriage certificate is not allowed, the woman must change her name on Adhar card. I even showed them our 2 year old wedding album pictures, still they denied our stay. Such a pathetic service, we searched for other hotel in night 11.30. I don't who are making such crazy policy, where they are not allowing even married couples where all the documentations are available. My father has not yet asked to change my wife's name, who is he asking me to do so ?? Also the pictures they are showing are all false, rooms are of worst quality, they are showing one room and giving other. Even building is also under construction, anything can happen while going to room or coming back from room. MMT should inspect a hotel before listing it on the platform, we trust MMT and such are causing our trust by giving worst service.

We laid our foundation in 2018 with two rooms in the apartment and with the continuous love and support of people we have grown now with an inventory of 20 rooms and many more rooms under construction so initially it was actually a service apartment. Temporarily there are diversions to the room which make the layout of rooms a bit confusing. We are now on the final stage of construction and will be completing in coming month. Ac not working properly and hotel under construction so please avoid stay and hygiene was not good

Poor Stay
Property is under construction and there was no proper desk for check-in, breakfast was promised but not served, coffee wad terrible. The food was nice and fresh.

Terrible Stay
Dirty, dust filled rooms. No specific parking place. Forced to park on public road. Only one towel per room. Second towel was dirty, smelly and shabby. Wash basin in dying area absolutely dirty and detestable. Construction work going on all around. Cement and dust in the room a wet and stinking dog was tied next to the room. Unbearable foul smell was emitting from the wet dog persistent barking by the dog prevented sleep. Overall, it was a horrible experience

But if you didn't find anyone then you are provided with a hotel number.Why did you not contact them or why didn't you approach the platform helpline. Average Stay
Rooms were too small which was shown in picture. Construction work was going on in hotel so it was so disturbing to sleep there. No one was seating at receiption. Overall experience was bad

Terrible place with horrible staff
Stinky room, misleading images online, no telecom, no ac remote in room (so that you don't use it, no wifi in the room! no reception, no room service, overcharged me with "sweets" and what not, things i never ordered. Untrained staff, one of them just walks in the room if the room is not locked from inside, no knocking, bird size portion for overcharged breakfast, dirty sheets, unswept floors. Basically everything that can go wrong except for the "good-cop" owner.

Excellent staff and location
Superb stay with value for money. Owner is like family and equally the staff working are co operative. Food is superb. Ghar ka khana. Lively experience. I will definitely stay here anytime i visit nandurbar.

It's really awesome to get a surprise when you didn't expect it!
When you are visiting Nandurbar you don't expect such a welcome and stay at any of the hotel in Nandurbar as Nandurbar is not so developed city, however, the owner of Eatos service apartment has superseded the expected, even we reached early in the morning he was there to welcome us, and made necessary adjustments whenever needed, very co-operative and supporting owner and staff. Hats off keep the good work going! Will surely stay at eatos serv appt if re-visiting

Value for money
Property owner was helpful for upgrading the room to AC. However, I was not able to book the AC room through website. Cleanliness could have been improved.
