Terrible Stay

At reception the person was very rude. First he said, there is no booking for me. Once i showed my booking, he accepted but asked me to carry my luggage by myself. When asked for the help, he said there is no body. When i complained, why there is no helping hand, he simply said, if you want, you can cancel the booking. I was driving for last 8 hours and i did not have time to cancel and book another hotel. So i had no option but to stay in the same hotel as i had to leave early morning. Room was ok. While checking out also, i had to carry my luggage myself. I will never recommend this hotel for anyone.

businessBig room, big wash room, every thing near and clean, ac, tv etc in good working condition, pillo covers and bed sheet white nest and clean. Though on second floor, but lift working. Five days nice stay, staff also co-operative and soft spoken well behaved.
