Hotel New Manas

Bedsheets and blanket were very dirty, no toiletries in bathroom, no electricity in the morning food was okay,

Uncleaned, provided single blanket, was asking for the only hard copy of id proof and was not accepting soft copy or dglocker, didn’t provided towels and bathroom basic items.

One of worse stay at this property. Dirty room, washroom, dirty bedseats. Fan speed was very low. Food quality was very bad all of us fell sick

I paid more than 4700 for one day stay including dinner and breakfast. I was wondered when hotel people say they received around 4200 rupees only. Hotel people do not have gst bill. My company is not accepting non gst bill. Hotel owner called in the night for discussion on bill amount which was disturbing. It was a loss for me as i could not claim reimbursement for this office tour. In room there were no water bottles. When i asked for it they said i have to pay for complementary water also. Dinner was bad with very limited option. There is nothing outside so can't go outside to eat. My driver slept in car only they didn't provide him space to sleep. Morning i have to leave at 7am. I asked for early breakfast but the dining people came at 7. 30am and i got breakfast at 8am. Overall it was disgusting and terribly memorable.

Not able to get a room as hotel rooms we're already full due to marriage it's terrible and denied room saying we have already informed to hotels booking agent not to book rooms on 21st april sorry but in future i have to think to book from make my trip kindly return my booking amount

Food was nice. Sanitary bucket and mug were sticky and unclean. Taps continuously leaking. No clothes hanger in wardrobe. Lizards roaming in room and bathroom. No mosquito repellent provided.

The location is good on the highway, but not for the value of money spent. There are other hotels also located within the same range like golden leaf, jhankar palace and ruturaj residency etc. Ac was not effective. Room service was good, food was good. The hotel owner needs to upgrade the hotel to attract good customers.

Good facilities available in this app and easy to booking hotels, tickit etc. Room facilities are available.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. we love this place and enjoying. 😊

We paid the time of booking when we visit there they ask more money and charged 600 extra. This is not right

Previously we had been to this place various times. But this time it was not good experience. Showers not working, toilet jet not in good condition, bathroom stinking. They shifted our room on request but it was still not good. Bisleri bottle was provided free on our insistance. Breakfast facility was too slow n not satisfactory. We wl not visit this place in future. There is oil factory near this hotel. So at night one can't n joy sitting at lawn because there is bad smell in air. Theree were mosquitos in one room. Biggest disadvantage is there is no car shade in hotel do vehicle gets roasted in heat. But staff is polite n cooperative

Intercom not connected. Tv remote not available. No dustbin in the room. Breakfast served in the room without spoon.
