Average Stay
The room was not properly cleaned and it seemed like it had been not open for ages the bathroom became a swimming pool as the water pipe had some issues

Excellent Stay
It was overall good. Staffs were nice. Rooms were clean + hygienic.

Good staff behaviour
Good staff behaviour and nicely located where there is no problem of local transport. A bakery in the ground floor where one can sit and chill! overall a nice stay

Worst hotel
Room service is pathetic, staffs are not properly trained, they even don't have proper dress and shoes. Hotel got tie up with another hotel and they are providing all staff from that hotel.

Not worth as per price
Actually this not a hotel you can say it is a motel beside a highway. Some rooms have been constructed over a shopping complex without any planning. There is no lift and restaurant. For breakfast you have to go another hotel nearby. Only the room size is good and clean but no other amenities and services are available. Breakfast quality is also not up to mark.

1.It is not a motel; It's a B&B. 2.Contrary to a shopping complex, there is a single cake shop owned by us. 3.Due to the building's structure (G+1, a lift isn't installed. 4.Our restaurant is located in the B-wing building. Good but lift not available
businessEverything was good, but elevator service should be definitely available for a Hotel at this price, fortunately I didn't have a heavy luggage, but that would have become a problem.

Front office staff not cooperative
The staff did not cooperate on certain issues despite being requested. Poor Hindi communication skills make things worse. Also, found a dead lizard in the washroom which was cleared after I informed them. It was not a major issue for me but the attitude of the front desk staff could have been much better. Never gone stay again. Thanks.

Staff behaviour and service very poor
Pathetic the amount they charge is huge if compared to the services they provide, I had to carry my luggage to through room the reception guy was very arrogant and rude the sleeping space for the driver was worse.

Good Hotel at decent price
The room was clean, staff was cooperative and the location is also perfect. The best part was their food, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Would love to book it again.

Very basic Hotel
businessRoom was not that good. Housekeeping staff needs training. Breakfast served in different building where you need come out of the hotel and climb up to 1st floor of other building to have your breakfast.
