Dear Sir, Thank you for your feedback given. We promised you to give you the room at the earliest. You check in at 7 30am however our Check in time is 12 pm afternoon. We went ahead and made sure you were allotted a room at 7 30 and then we changed and gave you a room by 9 am. The cleanliness of the rooms were at par for sure. We follow a very strong checklist before a Guest Checks in. We tried our best to help you for sure and we did also. We still will keep giving our best. Good stay under budget
Staff is very cooperative and this place is value for money. I have visited 4am in the morning and staff has arranged everything for me related to my comfort.

Hotel is at walkable distance from Mandir. Good parking space and very polite/cooperative staff. Food quality is good. Overall value for money!!

The rooms are very smelly. Lot of mosquitoes as well. The hotel seems quite old. Doesn’t look like a newly renovated place

Less than 1 min walk from Temple gate
While our Shirdi tour we choose Hotel Indore Palace. The moment we reached at property we realised the selection of hotel was really good. The staff is very polite and humble. The check-in process was flow less. We were tired so we choose to order dinner in room. The Test was really good. The Staff guide us about nearby locations that wes unexpected. I highly recommend everyone to have an experience. You will definitely feel like home Thank You

Very nice hotel Indore Palac
Very nice stay. The Sai baba temple is at walkable distance from the hotel. The service of staff was very nice. Any request made is attended promply. The nature of Santosh Ji and Prashant Ji was very nice and helpful. Also we were provided taxi facilities to nearby places at reasonable prices. Food was good and hygienic.

very good Stay excellent reception and welcome to the hotel very good and polite staff service of room service could be better (like i requested fir extra mattress but I called them and reminded 3-4 times and after that mattress was given) but rest all the overall experience was pretty excellent 😊
