It was worst, the first thing no parking and its wedding center. I reached around 10 and the they closed the gate and i was hungry, and after that they said we can not provide food right now. I had to stay hungry all night and the uncle was rude and next day the tea was worst. I would rather stay in dharmshala. The washroom quality was also bad.

Sir, I am sorry you had a poor experience. We sincerely apologize you didn't find the washroom to be clean enough. We have noted this and will strive to improve service quality. As for the rest of your complaints, if you'd only been able to read property policies and information before checking in, you would not have faced any of the trouble. The details mention that parking is not available in the property premises and we don't offer 24 hour check in. Late check-in is accommodated and allowed always but with prior information of the same. Sorry for the inconvenience regardless.

coupleThe room was filty and not clean. The floor had floor sticking on it. The sheets were not changed. The pillowcases were smelling like sweat. No wifi. Too bad because the property has great potential with a beautiful yard and rooftop.

The heritage status adds to the overall appeal, along with the central and secure location. The service is average and the staff's professionalism is at a solid average too. My bathroom was not properly cleaned, and my dinner meal of 3 items took a good 45 minutes (approx) to be served. The attendant who took care of me could do with some more politeness and professionalism, though he did not misbehave in any overt manner. The managers were largely good. Food was average.

Location wise okay
We stayed in premium AC room that is okay as per costing but parking is an issue that need to manage on own arrangements. Approximately Rs 150 per night additional to booking cost.

Other than that there is also a paid parking just 30 meters from the hotel which charges per night. We'll look into bringing down these costs for our hotel customers. Shittiest Hotel ever. In this
Shittiest hotel ever in my life, broken windows, broken doors for toilet how the **** do you expect some one to take a shit when there is no **** door lock . . Above all no food facility when asked khana aaj khatam ho gya. Khatam ho gya how the hell food gets khatam in a hotel. And to spoil it further we were forced to leave because someone's retirement function was there ans they were preparing for that. Worst hotel ever. Literally ever.

Good location, excellent service. Food quality good and staff are very polite and professional. In the range of money this is better option to choose the stay arrangement. Only car parking is not available but they will arrange for you.

Comfortable stay & great food
Room was not that much good and clean because it's an old/heritage building but food and service was very good. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. It is located near to a lake and park so you can easily roam in evening. You don't need to be in your room all the time because hotel also have open area to relax yourself in the nature. Overall, the stay was pleasant and recommend to everyone.

Located at perfect place but no cleanliness was found as they might not be serious as professionals. Rest it is best stay arrangement at cheap rate. Parking charges are extra for vehicles. Food is good.

We will surely look into the cleanliness issue. I'd just like to point out that the building is 120 years old and the rooms have a very old feel. There are no wall tiles or floor tiles (which are easily cleaned) and we have tried our best to maintain the historic landmark feel.
