Review Of Summer Hill Hotel

We don’t stay there and we refuse to stay because of time and travel problems and the hotel manager refuse to refund me my booking amount this was not good and i also call to make my trip care agent

I stayed at summer hill hotel for two days. It was excellent experience. Location is near the bus stand. Parking is also available at hotel.

even there is low maintenance property.....all room are very smelling bad and the toilet is supper smelling bad🤮

There all room. Is very smelling very bad then they change but in that room no shower and ther room service is very slow toilet is not cleaned. All rooms are having smelling bad like a cigarette smoke 🤮

Disgusting, utensils were extremely dirty.

Extremely dirty. Whole room was dirty, bed sheets, blankets was not even washed. Room was dirty. Moreover the plates and spoons were yuckkk i even vomited when i watched the utensils. Extremely extremely dirty utensils. We asked them to wash again the utensils and even after washing still those were extremely dirty. You can't eat food

Rooms were very untidy, bad smelling, we could not stay there. We had made complaints to MMT team. They spoke to the hotel. The hotel Owner was unprofessional and spoke in harsh tone leaving us with no choice but to leave at once. MMT TEAM arranged an alternative at no cost.

Please avoid staying at this hotel, until and unless you don't have any other choice. Go to this hotel only if you to just spend a night, but do not expect any facility. Below standard hotel with no comfort.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was exceptional. The staff remembered everything that we liked and made sure to get it for us very quickly. This is the only place I would ever stay when in Nahan.

Nahan is a very beautiful place, hotel was also very good, very clean room, very beautiful scenery of mountain from terrace, very friendly staff, happy to help anytime. Overall my stay was very much relaxed.

It is one of the best hotel in Nahan as it provide good services, neat and clean well maintained rooms, AC rooms are best and their housekeeping are also best, very cooperative staff car parking is covered so you don't worry about your car is safe so I would recommend others also to stay here.

One of the best hotel with great ambience. A must visit place. Lot of amenities for children also food tastes excellent. I have visited almost all the hotels in Nahan and Chandigarh but the feel you get at Summer hill hotel is unique. The concept of huts is very unique.

I m writ ting real view this is not hotel. Its a guest house / Dharamshala kind. I booked 2 rooms threw my favorite site make my trip for 19th June in Nahan (hotel summer hill and 20th June black mango resort) Rooms are dirty, smelly (due to main road)noisy and no room service at all. Only one person is there. I reached at 1 pm on 19 th June hotel owner said you booked hotel non AC pay Rs. 1000 more to upgrade. Then he take me non AC room. Room was so stink small and not clean. I was with family and kids I accepted his offer and gave him Rs. 800 for updation 2 rooms. Rs. 1000 I paid on make my trip again Rs. 400 for AC to hotel owner. No water no food. Hence one AC room he charged 1400. And similar AC room he give only in Rs. 1000 to another traveled. They are robbers not professional this hotel have no view at all in front of hotel some shops and masjid. Not advisable for family. Don't book I need not money refund and all but advice family person don't book this hotel so that you people don't get trouble which I face.
