Good hotel, peaceful location. A bit far from attractions. Amenities are under construction.

One person is managing the entire property. No staff!! That single person was unresponsive. Property is under construction this thing has not been mentioned in instructions. other objectionable things were all floor. Bed bugs, dirty rooms, and conditions. Broken bathroom windows and door. stingy room. Worst hotel I have ever stayed.

Overall it was a decent experience, the hotel is just 4 km away from jaipur railway station. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. However, the room itself was average at best. This was my first visit to the hotel heera palace. I spend 1 night with them. Service was precious! excellent team, great food, great service. General manager surender choudhary where friendly and pleasant. Simply all the best lovely and clean hotel.
