MakeMyTrip should not be part of this hotel as the services were terrible and 3rd rated
I have been a part of MakeMyTrip family for over 10 years but have never encountered this quality of hotel ever before. You cannot travel as a family and stay in the hotel. No room service and no food, only tea. There was no towel in the room and when asked for it they said that the laundry has not come. Dirty rooms and dirty bed. The stay was terrible.

Service is not as expected
Location is inside unauthorized building, besides motor cycle repair shops. Toilets are not clean. Bed sheet and pillows, they do not wash it and they only change cover on these. Non AC rooms have humidity in rainy season. Room service is only on demand. They do not give you bill at the time of check out.
