All beds of granites n not bricks all the rooms n wash rooms are neat n cleaned.
Stayed two days but reopened to have stayed in such a worst hotel. Even though locals also dislike this hotel.
Dirty rooms. No TV for ac room provided. Non-attendance to minimum requirements. Adamant staff. Management Encouraging tips to staff without providing any service. They arguing to come directly instead of through you. Requesting to define Hotel Green Valley from your list.

Due to cyclone the cable got disconnected and we dont encourage tips for service as it is part of their duty
Worst Hotel for families
familyWe booked deluxe ac room in company, but when we came to Hotel staff said rooms are full, they can arrange only non-AC room. They arranged one room which AC not working not normal room. It's waste to pay money for, please don't suggest this type of rooms in MakeMyTrip. They said in online breakfast arrangements also available, but nothing in Hotel. Don't book for families, it's waste Hotel.

Allotted you the AC room 30 min late as it was a late check in at midnight, where there was no complaint of AC in your room. As per the booking deluxe AC room was provided.
It was good as it is very near to the railway Station and sightseeing and religious places
It was A great to interact with staff.

Hotel rooms are not up to the level for staying. Behavior with the guests is rude and harsh. Hotel surroundings also dirty.

Hotel is located centrally in commercial hub and surroundings on road it is of vmc.

Room is not okay for the price paid. Room size is small
The rooms were of small size and seems too low for the price paid. Room lock was not proper.
