Room are clean and big size. Staff is good. Only negative is that if you choose room with breakfast option then you can choose only 1 dish in breakfast. Better to select only room option. Breakfast can be avail at ala carte basis.

Rooms are good, food is also good, only challenge is parking and crowd around the hotel.

Rates charged were not worth the stay/ higher as compared to most of the hotels. Rooms compact and in experienced staff

Security was not proper anyone can reach your space without enquiry

Had a very peaceful stay at hgk. From lansdowne to kotdwar, not a single room was available on 25th may. Getting a room in this hotel gave a sense of ultimate relief. All things were perfect. The room was equipped with everything. The tv had cable and wifi connection unlike many other hotels. Fast room service. Delicious food. Thanks for the mini fridge, dental kit, and beverages. Inf-act the two vedic mineral bottles were also for free.

Was on short trip with family. Stay was very comfortable and location is big plus since it is just on the main square. You can get anything from near by

I hope this message finds you well. During my recent stay at this hotel, i encountered an issue with room allocation. Despite we were staying so long, hotel staff asked us to leave the rooms as they were having some reservation, we was not provided with the room we had requested to adjust us time being, which was disappointing and inconvenient. The receptionist is just money oriented and not co-operative. We believe it’s crucial to ensure accurate room assignments to uphold guest satisfaction but they have this kind of practice to ask to leave the room in every stay.

Staff was nice, but room was not neat and clean, bathroom was not clean, towel were very very old. There’s smell in the room. Worth less the price i paid.
