Review Of Hotel Gets Grand

Bedsheet was damaged and the blanket was also damaged , bathroom's washbasin was leaking

Worst hotel. No wifi, no proper sanitation, no lift.

Though the staff were good. Hotel facilities are not good. Water bottles are not kept. The washroom is old and things are rusted. The ridiculous thing is that lift (elevator) is meant only for the owner. Guests can't use it.

That is the worst experience in my life room cleaning - zero room service - zero attendi person behaviour very nonsense they taken 2300 but actual their price 700 max. Mmt your name will spoil that kind of hotel you offering to your customer. Suggested to describe this hotel from your list. Really worst experience. I never suggest to any one to book this hotel in future.

Lift to first floor was blocked faced difficulty with kids

Maintainance of the room is very poor, especially bathroom is worst. Shower handle was broken and ambience is also worst.

Peaceful, calm and good environment, nice to stay for 2 to 3 days.

Tv not working. Non-ac room, bed-sheet and pillows not changed for months I guess.

Total Grand management so good, person and good talking service, every times I will visit so wonderful stay and safety will be good, take care. Happy movement.
