Review Of Highway Star

Highway star is located at a great vicinity . Very easy to reach, ample parking space and great place to take a pit stop for rest, food or if required to unwind in their rooms for the night. Rooms were cozy , bed was comfortable with soothing lighting. The surrounding is also amazing with greenery in the back yard and nestled with bamboo plants. The room service was good and all our needs were quickly answered. Also the food court downstairs helped providing ample of food options , really good if you have a huge group with wide variety of culinary desires.

In room bad smell is coming, air conditioner is not working and had no staff bathroom is not hygiene

Hotel Flooring is very slippery especially restroom floor tiles. Very dangerous. No wifi facilities

the room wasn't clean atall.and service boy and lift at the hotel ,we need to lift our bags at our own .thr was caretaker who was very arrogant. the only good thing is the reception lady who was contact on phone was very good and helpful..

The quality of service is poor the attendant is no where to be seen tata sky remote was missing from the room with great difficulty he provided one the commode flush is not effective the water taps in the bath does not work properly the ceiling is damaged and open finally the smart key failed and i had to desperately wait outside for the attendant to open with the manual key

Very well professionally managed, spacious room with business class amenities. Located in the mall, hence plenty of food options. Upon booking, was given the caretaker number who was available for all help.

It was nice place to stay at good price, host name kiran treated us well and take very good care us.

The rooms are decent size, however there is no staff available for any assistance. There are no water. It is on the highway so one should not expect too much. Just a night to sleep.

No hot water for showers, broken air conditioner, and many mosquitoes make it hard to sleep.

Don't ever book at this property no hyegine and you can't get enough water to bath

This hotel has only 4 guest rooms and is obliviously costly. The advantage is, the hotel is a part of a food court and a mall in a comparatively remote location. Travellers have not much choice at that location. The premises has a shell petrol pump also. I have stayed in this hotel with my family along with my teenage kids. The bathroom is made up of semi transparent glass and has no locks. When somebody walks inside, others can see shadow outside and is really awkward. I have informed the employee regarding this. May be they will correct it in future. It’s better to look for alternatives if you have time to travel to the nearest town.

The hotel is on the main highway, easy to find. Only 4-5 rooms are available. My personal view while staying for 2 nights. * garbage bin was kept in front of the first room given to me but on request, staff changed the room. * in the second room, there was some problem with the tv so the staff changed the room again. * in the third room, there was a problem with the washbasin tap, i informed but no action was taken. For a 2-nights stay, 3 rooms were changed but not a single room was in satisfactory condition. The bathroom partition is done with glass. Look wise it's awesome but violates your privacy. Moreover, there is no lock for the bathroom door. Imagine your stay with kids in such a situation. In case the bathroom light is switched on this will disturb the complete room. No intercom facility and none will be available on the reception desk, every time needs to call on given mobile for any support. The main room does not open easily with the guest card, need to call staff for support. The wooden floor was swollen and slippery, need to be very careful special with kids. The staff was professional and ready to help at any time whenever called.

The rooms were spacious. Lots of restaurants are in the premises that will satisfy all the taste buds.
