Location is good, but tv is not working, 1 room fan is also not working, bathrooms geyser is leaking, and hot water not coming

The room was too small with no pleasant view from windows. Basic facilities like hot water was provided for only 2-3 hours in the morning, while we had to wash with extremely cold water in the evenings. No

Provide heater because sometimes it is very cold so it is needed.

This hotel is located at a very nice place. The rooms are well decorated, clean & hygienic. The bathrooms are neat & clean. The hotel park & it's surroundings are also clean. Overall this is an amazing hotel with this price range.
