Review Of BRIGHT PALACE

We spent one night at this place on 28th march 2024 and the stay here was worst in our entire trip to kashmir. No clean linen, no hot water in the evening, no morning tea and no breakfast. I would rate this property below par.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant. Its a decent budget hotel nearby market area. It has basic amenities needed, but don't expect a spacious or luxurious property. The host is very nice, welcoming and friendly, also the food i had over there was tasty. I liked the hospitality of the host.

good service, clean room, good location, all are good at this range. pahalgam is one of the best places everyone must visit and can check in this hotel.

Washroom seat was broken. Rooms were not spacious. It seems we have been charged a lot by you. Not worth

This is a budget hotel with small sized rooms, limited hour hot water in bathroom but very good people to take care of you thereat with customised and tasty food. Though not much happy to see the property but the stay was really pleasant indeed.

Houseboat experience was worst

The owner is very helpful and has a very welcoming nature. The service boy is very quick and very humble. Also the taxi stand in near to the hotel(around 150metre. Food is served hot and fresh as per requirement of guests

Amazing place in a serene place like pahalgam. Great hospitality by u mar bhai. It just felt like home. I was with my family and all the necessary amenities and facilities were there. I would really recommend it for everyone as they cater your needs so brilliantly

We were there at hotel bright palace @pahalgam on 13th and 14th April 2022. Hotel accommodation was very good. Hotel staff were very much friendly. Md. Ishtiaq was one of the co owner. He helped us a lot during our stay. It is a worth staying hotel at pahalgam.
