Nice rooms and comfort good service

Room was not up to the mark even shower cap was missing no dental kit and no water provided all the room was messy

Good stay and good experience can be better. Ventilation is the issue in the roo. And room size is very very small

overall Hotel is good but amenities found less or not maintained properly. receptionist giving slow response and not to attend the problems like bathroom is good but exhaust and shower is not working properly and no bucket and stool available in the bathroom. food room service excellent and delicious food quality.

The room is very good but the service is not as per need. They didn't provide 2 towels, and toiletries are also not provided, and the floor is dirty, but overall, i have good experience. Thanks

Few things i would like to Review is, Food menu is costly, Bottle of water printed ₹20 sold in ₹30, Bowl of Tomato soup Printed ₹120 sold in ₹140, Room service is poor they don’t pick calls, they don’t listen if customer request for Bed-sheet change. Overall my personal experience is ok, not that good.

Towels were not neat, i ordered boneless chicken lababdar, instead got bone pieces. The rooms were compact and good but the linens didn't feel neat and tidy.

We were booked deluxe room but they upgraded our rooms and provided most comfortable stay at bhopal.

Staying in emerald was really great the staff behavior and amenities are great and the food is also tasty.
