Worst experience ever.no cleaning pathetic check in experience , washrooms very dirty in bad no maintenance

Made double payment, and they haven't refunded the money

As far as property location is concerned, it's good.. cleanliness is good..but as far as their services soaps are not forming leather..In bathrooms Gysers are not good.To sum up Over all a budgeted clean hotel.

Hotel experience is pathetic. 1 hour waiting time for bed sheet change, quilt change. Bell boy is not available, breakfast not available in banquet hall.

Wrost, highly unprofessional hotel staff. Especially the hotel manager. Whatever the services mentioned during booking, like wifi, tv etc was not provided to us.

Hotel rooms are fantastic. Zbut they are highly unprofessional. Their hotel wifi is not charged tv is not operational. Their response time is too much.

Hotel elite is situated very mid and nice locality in dehradun. It's really fantastic location wise, performance wise, facility wise. I like and enjoy it's hospitality. Well behaved staff and very polite. They do their performance very nicely. I gave 10 out of 10 point.

It's located on delhi dehradun road. Room was clean and spacious having good view. It also have sufficient parking.
