Bad washroom condition & electric appliance with zero staff spot.

Not a good experience, not provided services as per mentioned by mmt.

Very worst, untidy room and bathroom very worst, no blankets providing

Location is on main road which makes the stay very unpleasant. There was noisy traffic throughout the night and the rooms are located in the front. Difficult to get any sleep.

Terrivkr stay, no staff only one guard at hotel. No other bookings. Drunk guard, and absolutely no service. Dirty room. Please duelist this hotel

Staff and rooms are really good. Whenever I visit Ludhiana, I always stay here. Take it like since 2005. Best Hotel at affordable prices near to every zone you want to visit in the City.

Not good stay. So so. No wifi works, bed sheet not new, cable not working. Hotel manager says wifi working only on ground floor. Room dirty. Not cleaned

Stay was nice. The food is good over there and it was comfortable there.
It was overall great. The staff was good and the service provided by them was good. It was near the market so I could easily go to the market and the bus stand. It was a nice experience

First of all the rooms are spacious enough and clean. There is also a balcony. The location of the hotel is awesome, its just walking distance from the bus stand and just a KM away from the railway station. The best part of the hotel is the Manager is very polite and gentle and the room service also respond within minutes. I would suggest Hotel Dayal Palace for travellers. Thanks.

good rooms. quick reply by service on call. bathroom are clean and well decorated. food served by the hotel is good quality. hotel staff behavior also good. my rooms dth not working , instant he change the dth.
