Terrible Stay
I booked 2 rooms for rs. 9177. When i reached in one room fan was not working. Upon enquiry the manager was so rude and asked us to cancel and go. I was with family and kid. First of all this hotel is not worth this value. Knowing that we stayed there. But can't expect rude behaviour like this. Remove this hotel from the list. They are looting people during holiday time. I don't need any ticket. Please close it

Worst stay i ever had
Very small room, damp wall, stained bedsheets, no food facility. It is kinda rs 500 hotel, not worth of 2k at all. We also felt security issues. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Budget friendly stay with a very friendly host
This place is so close ro serenity beach. Suresh at the reception goes an extra mile and helps us in whatever way he can. This place is like a house converted in to a hotel. If you need a peaceful stay, very close to the beach, you can choose this

Had an average stay here
familyGood for the price paid. Plus point is beach is close and you can go anytime. However there wasn't anyone but suresh to attend. He is good but everything is kind of self service here. I will only recommend for bachelors. Cons : we had pay room cleaning as well which actually should be included in hotel charges.

Excellent Stay
This hotel is at an attractive location close to the serenity beach. The manager, suresh is extremely well mannered and tourist friendly. He's managed the place well with his team. A provision for non-veg breakfast will be welcome. Excellent!

Excellent Stay
Plus point is hotel is 2 minutes walkable distance to serenity beach. Suresh sir was very helpful, he helped us in getting the bike. I went with family and it was my birthday the next day, suresh sir and team gave me a gift. Thank you team. No wi-fi coverage in rooms and also no car parking facility available, but before the hotel their is a ground, where u can park the car. No food available at hotel but near the beach you can eat or you can go to city and eat. All over the stay was good. Thank you team

Good Stay
it was my first visit to pondicherry and first time to stay in a hotel with friends. i selected this hotel based on positive web reviews and we experienced the same or even better. hotel maneger suresh was very supportive, professional and friendly. rooms, specially bathroom was neat and clean. had 247 hotwater, power back-up. if rooms are available ,he allows us to check-in before time and that's saves your day. during our entire stay we felt safe and secure which is the most crucial thing for a girl. great place to stay with family and friends 👍.

Awesome stay
It was out first time using the app and staying as well, the manager named suresh was very helpful, he shifted rooms for us based on availability and arranged a scooter from local for transit the whole time also gave us a map of the u. T suggested the time to visit the attractions out there. The rooms v ere tidy, cleaned before we checked in. We even had a movie night on the tv installed. The geyser was very effective too. The location of the hotel is very near to the beach so that we walked to beach every night and had sea food at the local outlets. The local busses from pondichery had a stop on the street to serenity beach which helped cutting down cost and time. Overall a nice stay experience.

familyLocation is very much near to beach just 2 min walk. There is no food available. On call you can order from nearby restaurant but very limited items. There was no hygiene. Bathroom and rooms was smelly and there was leakage from faucet. Curtains were dirty and was smelling, had to put room fresheners and our deodorant. Spider web and cockroaches were there in rooms. Wifi and intercoms were not working. When asked they provide soaps for hand cleaning and towels were very dirty. They provided only 1 bottle per room when asked. There was frequent power cuts in night. Most sockets were not working. We had to use tv sockets to charge our mobile phones. Not suggested for family with children. One more thing we were overcharged, while enquiring hotel person said the highest charge of the hotel was half of what we have been charged. The average rate of hotel was 1500 to 2000 while we were charged 3500 per day.

Nice but not as expected.
The rooms are not matching with the ones in the pic, they are too conjusted. Location is good, near to sunrise point.
