nice hotel food is good little bit of maintenance required but the overall stay was comfortable ...staff is cooperative and well mannered

In Room not a basic Necessary item in the bath and also did not provide a Single mineral water bottle for drinking provided a local Water for all Day. The bad things is 1- The room is not exactly the same in show me on make my trip 2 - the bed is ok ok not two comfortable 3 - he serves me local water in a jug 4- no peace in room continue croud on back side and inside the lift sounds are so disturbing.. And the good things are 1 - the staff is good 👍 2 - budget friendly 3 - good behaviours

The stay at the hotel crown was relaxing and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and 24 hrs hot water was available. The room was neat and clean and hygienic. The staff was friendly and cooperative.

Basic amenities were missing like mosquito repellent, water, towel, handwash soap etc. Very bad experience hotel was inside a small lane in which vehicles like tempo traveller can't enter.

The services was poor with unprofessional reception staff, despite having dinner charges inclusive in package and confirmation while ordering the dinner they charged extra for the dinner during the checkout. Basic sanity such as package drinking water is also not available as completely service. With decent room size the fares are slightly over priced.

Very pathetic hotel, room condition, no facility, etc, rooms are very un hygienic, food quality is very bad.
