Hotel Upasana

I checked in at 9:30 pm still my room was not ready. Firstly I was offered a non-Ac room whereas I had booked A/c room.

they give us different room and said to change it in 2 hours washroom was not clean and very horrible experience

good and helpful staff clean rooms and good service. Fast and efficient service. Better for family couples or individual

The worst experience, never advise any one to book even at 100 inr. No lift, no cleaning in corridor, for tea and others like shaving kit, hair oil first give money then hotel staff will buy from nearest stores and then you will get your requirement. It's pure waste of money and if someone go to hotel directly and ask for bookings

Reception behabi is not as per hotels expectation rude baheve. Behalf to customer approch is bad.

Toilet & bath water is not available for some time. Fan is not working. Many more problem. Not a good as showing in picture
