I stayed for 3 nights and 2 days, and the hotel reception staff were very uncooperative and only interested in arguing. Initially, they gave me a room on the 2nd floor where the geyser was not working. Then they shifted me to room 102, but the floor there was very dirty. When I asked them to change the room again, they said, “Sir, this is how the room is.” After insisting, they finally moved me to room 211, but even there, the geyser was not working. They told me to give it some time to heat up, which I did, but even after multiple reminders, they did nothing about it.
