Good option for stay nearby Railway station and S T Depot, They have their restaurant, and food is also good

Breakfast served was good. Rooms were clean. But noticed cockroach probably needs to look at doing pest control service

Food was delicious both veg and non veg.I will recommend yo every person can visit as it is very nearby to kudal railwaystation.Aswell the ambience of hotel was super awesome as well as the food services was literally super awesome.The services which they provide food was good with short time duration for serving and cooking the food and quality was also super delicious.I want to give 10/10.

I stayed here for just one day, and it was a really pleasant experience. The room was neat, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready with a smile. The location was convenient, and check-in/check-out was smooth and hassle-free. The food was tasty and served fresh. Though it’s a 3-star property, the service and cleanliness were truly impressive. Overall, it was a short but comfortable stay — great value for money! Would definitely consider staying again for a quick trip. 🌿

No elevator in hotel, which causes inconvenience. For laugage shifting, food every time need to step up and step down. Restaurant is in adjusant building which not internally connected. It is difficult to manage in raining. At entrances there is wine shop, we needs to manage between liquor shop crowd as we step out of the hotel. There is no dedicated parking for lodge and no one available for managing parking Room are good maintained. Bathroom was cleaned. But No refreshments in room. Very limited staff available as compare to visiting crowd. Not recommended for aged people and family

no lift since hotel room is on 2nd floor very difficult to climbing and steps also so high not suitable for kids senior citizen n kids.. its shown as hotel online but its actually lodging

Toilet full of small cockroaches atleast 3 or 4 you can every time you switch on wadhroom light. Food order is delayed due to less staff in restaurant due to ganesh festival thats understandable but quantity is less compare to price. I have asked for roomfreshner by calling to reception but till check out same has been not done

Nice and comfortable stay. Food was also good and staff was very cooperative. only thing is lift facility is not available.

Cleanliness was at peak. Service was slow. Bathroom was huge, but drainage problem. There was gas gyser, not good in heating water though. Restaurant food was great, service was poor. Entry is in front of bar shop, not good. Won’t prefer booking again

I stayed from 3rd march to 6th march 25. A/c room was booked. No electric cattle in room. And everything you need to pay like dental kit, tea bags. Only one bottle water is given, and you need to pay for more drinking water. No intercom. Nobody will take your baggage to your room. I would suggest hotel to charge for TV also per channel. Wi-fi network almost dead. So if you want to stay, keep in mind that they will give you room only.

The surrounding area was s very noisy and had no time limit. The music was kept on up to 2am. Need to improve

Food quality 5 service 5 infrastructure of room no. 109 bad 2. Dirty smell from the bathroom was coming hence we requested for change and got another room the next day onward.
