MMT charged while the was given by hotel is, called mkt for the same but it was said as website charges means MMT is charging hidden charges but the hotel may offer a cheaper rate

Good food and staff behaviour near Baidnath railway station,clean and clear...need increase staff

I have booked this hotel through MMT app , it's location is good , near to temple and all restaurant are near by. Hotel staff are well behaved and service is good.

I am filing this complaint against MakeMyTrip (MMT) for misleading advertisements on their website, fraudulent information shared by their representatives, and a shocking incident concerning unsafe accommodation during my recent hotel booking.

Rooms are clean and well maintained, everything is working fine, reachable also its just aside of railway station- baidhyanath. Food is also good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hotel Taj Akash , and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made the check-in process quick and seamless. The lobby was beautifully decorated with coastal themes, giving it a very relaxing vibe.

Wrong bill made bybthem took more money on food bill...worst experience in case of bills ..nd everything was good

Reception staff behaviour is very bad for couples. Talking very impolite in was suffered very problem.

Standard room is like a cabin. Staff keep asking for tea by knocking the door even when said No to the 1st one. Nothing in the bathroom to hang even a towel. Location is good.

Rooms were good, neat and clean. Hygienic washroom. Overall it was a good experience. They even serve food, tea and coffee upon request.

Service is very bad. Room quality also very poor. Bed sheet and pillow cover haven't been changed by the hotel. Very bad smell in the room

It was a great experience to stay at taj akash. The staffs were good enough to feel us comfortable while they arrange a beautiful darshan of baba baidyanath for us which was really remembering for us.
