Welcome by very cute staff, helped parking my car in the basement of the building, helped carrying our luggage to the room. All the four staff members were excited to settle us. We had delicious snacks, dinner as per our request. As a senior citizen, i wanted a Hotel Lord Shiva with balcony, which was, of course not available in this Hotel Lord Shiva. The location is very good, on nh. Would certainly recommend. It is value for money. Got vip treatment.

Rooms were very neat and clean,, staff behavior was also good. The issue which i had to face regarding food and breakfast. Staff were not trained enough to deliver the breakfast and lunch /dinner on time. Though it has kitchen but they were not willing to server the breakfast on time. It took more than 2 hours time to deliver poori and sabzi for morning breakfast.

The location was good. It was 4 km from the temple. The food was average. Services like the housekeeping and room services were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not get the breakfast for 1 day. The room was clean. All the basic amenities were provided to me.

it is 10 mins from railway station and 10 mins from tower chowk. amazing place filled with great ambience and warmth. there is no such restaurant in it but you can get good room service if ordered 1 hr before. Food quality is not too spicy. amazing stay!

It was a good and peaceful stay. The room and bathroom were clean. Blanket should have been with cover and dust free. Quality of food needs improvement. Room service was quick. The room service person was nice, polite and responsive.
