Review Of HOTEL CENTRAL POINT

Worst experience ever. I booked a executive room where I was promised a room with western toilet but I got a room with Indian style toilet. I have asked Make my trip to cancel my booking and give me the refund amount as my train got delayed. The cancellation was not accepted by the hotel so I continued my booking but to my surprise I have to pay extra at checkout. the hotel costed me at around for a 17 hours stay. I even contacted the mmt at the time of checkout and mmt used the excuse that they haven't got the mail reverted from the hotel so I stood there and got the mail typed and sent to mmt but again they are saying that they haven't got any mail. The receptionist at the hotel was incompetent she didn't know how to revert to a mail. In overall feeling betrayed and befooled by the services of the hotel and mmt.

Room Provided is nowhere in line to Images shown on MMT, after raising concern my Room was Changed, but was room has glass partition and it’s clearly visible from outside, situation is embarrassing when you are staying back with your professional colleagues, at least curtains and lock must be on glass partition door, so that one should comfortably access. Moreover Breakfast is not very convenient as lacking in options a lot, so not recommended to opt for.

Make my trip has charged me 70% higher to normal tariffs of this hotel. I am shocked on my stupidity.

Hotel is very good.

Hotel room is very spacious, clean and tidy. But mosquitoes are very irritating at the same time washroom of some bathroom of some rooms which were shown to me were quite old and not look hygienic. Today when i woke to use bathroom water was not coming out of tap, when i enquired about it then attendant person was saying they are now starting the pump of water. This is a grave negligence. Food were not very tasty were exorbitant in pricing.

This hotel has not upgraded at all as compare to others. Still at this new age they use Indian toilets with just a Jaguar flush which is not a match when you book an executive room.

Good location, old property, room furniture and specifications as per requirement when hotel was built, unsuitable for modern business traveler. Hotel needs updating of in room furniture and fittings to suit present day requirements.

Staff is well behaved and gives good service, but Hotel rooms needs urgent renovation, we are paying very high for this quality of rooms

Stay was good but need to maintain cleanliness and breakfast menu same as always need to enhance menu.

Everything was good. Location was nice.

Food service is very good. It's easy to reach hotel from railway station by auto rickshaw.

Food was good, big rooms, but having old type tv, hot water was not available in bathroom due to rainy season because they have solar system. Staff was cooperative having good behaviour.
