Don't go to this Hotel, service is very poor

Mosquito bite full night. I could not properly sleep. Thanks

Due to poor financial condition, the Hotel lacks maintenance. The entrance itself gives a gloomy look because of a dry and dirty aquarium. There is no proper drinking water facility and you have to buy the bottles from outside. Room is small and extremely congested. Ceiling fan rotates slowly in full speed. There is 1 small window for ventilation which makes the room sultry in summer and suffocating. I had sleepless days and nights due to improper arrangement. Set-top box has all regional channels and hardly any Hindi movies or daily soap Channel. Overall it's not Worth for. Money spent for stay in this hotel.

Total waste of money. Not at all up to the mark.

Service is very bad. No cleanenss. Behavior of hotel staff is horrible. There no shower in bathroom. They accept that the never clean the toilet pan. A/c not working. TV not working. The hotel staff dress is 'Lungi & Baniyan'. Worst thing is that, they forced me to pay Rs. 500/- Extra. I was bound to leave the room after 1 night stay. When I complaind they threten me. After compaint to MMT they thretend me that. I will show you later.

It was worse experience in my life. The room was different than pic on site. Also don't have any manner to talk to customer. Also power cut every5 min also bathroom don't have shower to Bath also not working properly.

1500 Seriously !! I was so annoyed to see this 6 feet x 4 feet room. Which has no proper light, facilities and nothing. It was rubbish, I would have claimed my money back If I could. Extremely Irritating service and illiterate staff. Who the hell put it on MMT. TV, taps, lights, AC nothing works. A useless box of walls.

Everything is in worst condition. Single man for everything. No kitchen. No geyser. For a even a towel I need to chase. Full of Cockroach. Rooms actual tarrif is 700 and on MMT it was 1110. What the fcuk. And

About 12 km from railway station. . No dining or breakfast or tea facility. WiFi facility is also not available. But price wise it is cheap and affordable. I find no t. V. In the room ...

Location is very good. Value for money. Service is not good enough due to single or double staff available for serve. Overall very good behaviour of staff and hotel incharge. I regularly used this hotel.

Hotel is at good location (i. E on main road), service is fair, room was clean but bathroom was not clean very well also, I didn't sleep well because of mosquitoes. Hotel staff should keep attention on these problem. At this price, I expect little more.

I think the room was cleaned properly and nice management. Bathroom and toilet facilities are too good and continuous cleaning can be seen in the hotel premises. It is good for a common people in having the adjustable budget. In one word, I can say that Casablanca hotel is best for "common people".

I think this hotel is new in that area no body knows the name but the location wise it is OK. Room was clean wash room was OK. Guyser was not working. Tv not working. Hotel staff were OK. Good hotel for one day visit.

Location is very good but other than location everything is poor or below poor. Water crisis in Bathroom even no any bucket and mug there. No hearing after several request. No blanket in bed (no any hearing), will be sleeping with many mosquitoes because no remedy there for Mosquitoes.

The room and the washroom was not clean before given to me when asked they said we clean washroom once a week I left the hotel in half day by 4pm. Waste of my money .. Never will stay again in this hotel ever.

This hotel is just beside with chas bypass road so it very easy for searching staying. Room design and managements are very decent and chief in rental. Hotel staff are also very good behavioural. This was my second visit in Bokaro but very good experience as my aspectaexpectations.

The Room is very small. No proper amenities. Its looked a lot deserted. Bathroom was very filthy. The staff was only to show you the room. The worst experience of hotels from MMT. Please delist this. Pros: AC was working well. The bed-sheet were clean. No disturbance in the room.
