The hotel address was wrong. Hygiene level was very low. The room was below my expectations. Stay was not satisfactory.

This hotel has some positive as well as some negative points to it. The negatives that I had to face was the unclean room windows (with stains of spit on that), the name confusion (they changed the name of the hotel few days before my stay and I did not have the update thus had a hard time finding it), the shower cap in the washroom was broken and the flush also was not working. Now the positives are firstly the location. Despite my confusion to find the location, I must say the hotel is located in a nice place. The staff was very helpful and good. Security was also quite good though the room was a little congested.
