Bathroom was very bad condition and most felt is room service.

Very good service and helpful staff

Room was like dustbin. No care was taken to clean it. No proper staff. Only young ones who do not have courtesy to behave with guest.
Hope less room. Even not hot water. Poor service. Bed rooms. No value for money.

Its a fantastic experience about to a stay in this hotel the staff was also amazing.
Make sure about room service and give proper service to the customer.

Room & location better but staff non-sence and service very poor, I am walk to out area staff without confirmation room open.

Location of Hotel Capital in Sector 16 was beautiful. It is touched to highway and very near to Mahatma Mandir Convention Center. There should have been a elevator in hotel. Downstairs restaurant Dadisa had delicious food.

Rooms are so clean and so awesome ... Designing of walls is so good .. Hotel staff is also so good .. Service is superb .. Whenever I call hotel staff for any service, they response in very humble way ... Thanks Hotel Capital to make my day more special
