Location is very nice, room is also very clean, staff behavior is also friendly. Good place to stay.

Located just opposite to taxi stand. It has great connectivity all over. Hotel had all the necessary amenities to hold for a night while travel-ling from srinagar to leh

Restaurant was closed down. Considering the location, it is a basic place to stay before proceeding ahead to leh or srinagar the next day.

Rooms are comfortable and value for money. Rooms were clean…Hotel is close to market, bus stop and taxi stand. Mr Gulzar, manager was umble and and taken care well during our stay

The hotel was good. Owner was very helpful. Staff was good as well but would have been more supportive and polite. Food was not that tasty and took long time to serve.

Rooms are spacious, spacious bathrooms, adequate charging points, 24 hour hot n cold water, private parking available, view from room and terrace is absorbing, food quality moderate, breakfast buffet spread limited, but considering the altitude and locality it seems heaven. Spent one night with family

We booked a room here for our leh trip and were stuck in sonamarg due to ongoing one way traffic from leh srinagar. We thought our booking was wasted but owner of the hotel was kind enough to reschedule our booking without any ruksuk. Rooms are nice and clean.

Parking is backside and safe enough. It has a good terrace view of mountain and river nearby. It is located in busy area hence it is a bit noisy.

Power is an issue in kargil but the power back up is not instantly provided. Had to wait for sometime to get the fan started as the weather was hot. Called several times to get the genset started. Rooms which we booked earlier was the same category with mountain view but we got one with other category (downgraded) and when we asked the receptionist to upgrade, his reply was else everything is booked. Fir the sake of fan in one room only table fan is provided them we shifted to another room. No courtesy for guests.

Food is very testy according me

The room was ok. But the amenities were zero. The water they had kept in the room was smelly and people might just die drinking that. The room lock was not working. There was no electric kettle. We had to request again and again. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Best stay ever. The people were so cooperative. They also gave us warm water to take bath while the geyser was taking time.

Best way to enjoy your day in kargil. Very good staff but no room service provider. Food was good but costly. Good experience.

Hotel is located right in front of the bus station actually overlooking the brown hills and sure river. This will be ideal for those travellers on transit and not recommended for those expecting a quite room. Will rate 2/5 for the room hygiene. Car parking is available and food ia good but can be better.

Location is good, just opposite new bus stand. Food bit costly. Can get much better options at market too.
