We reached Resort/Hotel at 10:00 P.M. After all the formalities were done we have to wait for 15 minutes for just keys . In the room there was no shaving kit , shower kit, shoe kit and welcome pen was also missing. All toiletries like shampoo, body lotion, shower gel were available and they all used once. There was frequent electricity cut and in the morning there was electricity cut for more than 30 minutes and we were sweating. At the time of check out I asked for review/feedback register and the guy present over there handed over me a A4 paper to write down the feedback. I refused to write as it will be of no use as peice of paper can be thrown away. My rating is 0 out of 10. Waste of my hard earned money. I want refund of my money.

The property might look nice, but basic amenities were a complete disaster. There were constant electricity issues, and for the one day we stayed, the ACs barely worked for half the time. It was absolutely not worth the money. You pay a hefty amount only to deal with discomfort and a frustrating experience.

location is a bit interior,difficult to travel over here,food is very poor in taste,the buffet menu is pathetic ,especially the breakfast,they are serving poha and sooji ka halwa(this i can eat at home as well,why i need to go on a staycation),most of the activites are not working ,the service is also bad,reception,house-keeping and other numbers are not working. The overall experience was good ... the activities were interesting too...they need to work on their hygiene sense though... the pool area needs to be better maintained with arrangement of towels and bathing area... the phone, television and the Internet in the room were not working.

Excellent Stay

Rooms were very neat and clean especially washrooms. Room and food service were excellent 👌. Food was really delicious and quantity is in proper amount. Swimming pool was very clean. Only thing to focus on is providing more adventurous thing.

Worst place to go

I booked this place for a night, 7th april'23 to 8th. The rooms are about to fall with stains and dirt everywhere. Service quality is zero. At night after dinner i wanted a water bottle and there was only one security guard in entire place who says he has no keys no access and everyone left so he cannot give water, i called all possible numbers no on picked, spent a night in room cursing and thirsty, can you imagine - no water bottle available. Called the sales rep and messaged, she doesn't bother to reply. Reception just says sorry. Also there was a fight among-st some 14-15 guests guys staying. Heard them all night. Basicaly its a jungle not a resort.

Spent the new year weekend here

It is located near damdama lake and the route is mostly straightforward. The overall property is medium sized, and has lots of fruit and other trees. There are games and photo props available. The meals are usually served in a lawn unless the weather does not allow so. Accomodation is in cottages, spread across a large area, double and single cottages are available. Cottages are spacious with all the usual amenities. But i found absence of tv and wifi a bit unusual. Although it is a nature resort and provides an escape from the mundane city life. We stayed during the height of winter, and found the cottage a bit cold for comfort, even though a room heater was available in the room. The staff is courteous and helpful. There is a nice nursery in the property where one can buy plants too.
