The hotel was decent. Rooms are clean and enough to stay for 2 adults. The location is easily reachable. Staff behaviour is good and they co-operate very well. The overall experience was good enough.

This could be the worst hotel I could have ever got The had nothing but insects, insects and insects all over floor and bed. You will get a difficult sleep with the unclean bed sheets really bad.

Nicely located hotel, with Courteous staff, somewhat oldish decor, much used, can be improved on the following fronts: Entrance and reception : - Pruning of garden, and pathway - reducing dust and sand in the parking lot … perhaps a small gate to serve as an entrance from parking lot -renewal of furnishing on reception sofa, freshly dressed staff with a request not to use the reception as a sleeping area Guest Room: - fresher bed linen with some mild fresher aroma - brighter LED lights to give a modern feel - Bathroom fittings to be improved especially the soap dispensers. Food Nice. Consider refreshing the menu with healthy items. Overall : Adequate for the rate being charged.

Horrible service, rooms, arrangements, availablity of basic cleaning and dental boxes. Arrogant and ignorant desk support.

The location is very nice, green and peaceful. Morning walk is a bliss. The property is also good, there is sufficient parking space, a place to sitout for you morning tea and newspaper. The staff is nice, and they act quickly on whatever you ask. Rooms, are a little small with small cabinets. If you come here with big size luggage then it would have to sit on the floor as the cabinets are not spacious enough. They do not put dental kit when you check in (you’ll have to specifically ask for it, on the top of it they do not offer any hair kit. Shampoo and body wash is the same. Overall, the property is a good stay for 2-3 days only.

the room is too short and not like they have shown in photos. 3rd, whole night, you will not be able to sleep bcz there are pigeons sitting outside of your windows.

good location with very good airy rooms n good winter sunlight which is very rare to find in hotels it had windows on two sides which makes the room very airy . the only thing was that they charge 30₹ for newspaper which is too much

It wasn't a pleasant reception. The hotel is bit old style guest house types. The staff is okay but i doubt protocols are maintained. I didnt find neatness in the linens provided

Very close to the airport. Good for short work stay or when in transit. Staff very friendly. Value for money

The building structure is good but lack of experience seems in management, we have to ask for every small thing which is basic like toiletries etc. They have not checked the rooms before allotment, there wasn't the water in the bathroom and ac wasn't working so they changed the room again. Finally it took an hour to settle down ourselves which was so uncomfortable at late night specially along with kids and old parents. I am not saying it is a bad stay because the staff was supporting but not as per expectation as seen in pictures and especially not worth the amount we have paid.

Average hotel price is high compared to what they have. Room size is average would recommend as budget property
