This is completely wrong. We have area clearly mentioned in room details z Plus the price u pay is directly what u get . Plus what u use service thats helps u not even mentioned. In 950: Get attached washroom,hot water, shower,daily room cleaning, always change the bedsheets,. Plus Ac,wifi, Shuttle service from hotel to balganga free . I booked a room in your hotel, when I reached there, then they shifted my family to Hotel shanti palace, railway road, katra. There was a very bad experience.

1. Initially the room was very small but later on discussion with your executive a bigger room was provided. 2. The bed was not in good condition 3. Cleanliness was not at all there 4. There was no TV remote 5. Extra bed and blanket have been provided by the hotel staff were not in good condition. Found damaged. It was terrible experience
