It was wonderful experience even im surprised with such a hotel & service in city like bettiah. Staff were very disciplined. Food is homely and taste very good. A perfect stay for family.

Room service not timely and room bathroom or gate lock not properly working. all hotel staff aware with problem but still they are not responding on immediate basis. they careless about issue.
