Awesome stay very friendly staff, beautiful property , food was also good, great view from stay, highly recommend

no roads to the Hotel from main road. We could reach there using other's land. Not suitable for elderly people.

room service was not available. shortage of staff. EVEN intercom was not there. they gave us a very terrible room then when we asked to change then they changes. food was nice to be very honest

Everything was great. The experience was amazing. The service was good. The food is also tasty. Good place to stay.

staff was not helpful , food was not good, property was good with a mountain view bt rest was not upto the mark. lunch was super bad they also denied in room service even though it was mentioned on website . we had a baby with us they said they could serve the mother in her room rest we need to eat in common room. had to walk atleast 500 m from parking and the way to property was really tricky. hospitality was not good. even no tissues were provided in washroom or rooms. calling reception for anything was a task and service was really late.we were hungry on arrival but the food provided to us was really bad. never order lemon chicken it was super sour and not properly cooked. also no complimentary welcome soft drinks were provided. the hotel had in room service as per website bt they denied it in beginning and they were not ready to accept that food was not good. also carry jio sim as that is the only network thats available there.rest rooms were good with a view of beautiful mountains and birds chirrping. regular light cuts . service is so slow that even when you call the reception no one answers it quickly. I felt as if they were not even intrested in our request. hospitality and service both were bad.

Room was stinking In images and actual rooms are totally different, There was no Internet, No mobile network except Jio. I left the room in only one day.

Aranya virasat, pangot is a wonderful experience for anyone. If you want to stay with nature, this is just perfect place to choose. I will suggest to book garden and mountain view room at first floor instead of cottage on top floor. And book directly instead of through any booking platform. Direct is actually less. Good food, chef must be an expert. You order any food and you will be surprised. Better than any star hotel food. Staff are very well mannered and helpful. For complete peace of mind, stay at aranya virasat. Yes, the approach road to this hotel is not developed yet. Overall it is a fantastic experience.

My stay here with the family was a total disaster, as far as the hospitality, i would give a two star, food i would give 1 star, location 1 star, we were decieved here, we had booked two huts worth rs 12000 one night but when we reached there we were given two unhygienic rooms with no facilities even there was no electricity the whole night the conditon of the room was horrible so in the nut shell i would say that i never visited nor i would like to visit or reccomend any other person to visit aranya virasat

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable room, polite staff, delicious food and breathtaking view. Would love to come back.

Food quality and staff is good. But the only issue is that the door lock is not working properly and so many flies are there. But overall stay is excellent.

Great natural view good hotel staff only problem is entrance of hotel approx 300 meters from main road walking on jungle path.

So many issues at your hotel when l enter in the hotel no one at the reception, in-room tap is not working properly, door lock problem.

I request everyone - before giving certain stars to a place please understand the location, limitations, expectations and then review. In a remote village of u. Khand, with limited facilities you dont review keeping 5* in mind. For us, it was awesome considering all of the above. Location - fantastic, continuous chirping of birds in the lap of nature. (u need to walk down on uneven aurface 200m from parking - so not for elderly or those with arthritis. Food - made to order, excellent quality. Room - decent with opening to terrace and panoramic window looking at valley. Facilities - basic but sufficient. Construction of the hotel is modern and reasonably maintained. Price - somewhat expensive but not a lot.

We booked a superior room which has all the basic amenities and superb valley view. Food quality is superb and breakfast was also good. Overall, service was very good. Only drawback is you will have to go down some 50 steps before reaching the property which can be painful for some people.

The location of the hotel is amazing, nature's beauty will mesmerize you as soon as you open your eyes. The best part was the food, the amazing taste will satiate your taste buds and third is the friendly staff who are always there to help you and will go out of the way to make you stay the most comfortable one. Overall it was a delightful experience at aranya virasat.
