Hey property is too good in terms of ambience and space , food was good staf was also good only washroom was not working properly.

Family stay
It was a very excellent stay at nature drop pangot. Clean and healthy camp, food was also very tasty. Breathtaking view from resort.

familyFor kids it's mind blowing. But path to reach is bit difficult though hotel people are very very helpful.

Great stay. Great food. Great ambience
Location is very good. The staff is very cooperative though not proactive. The owner mr. Khushwant is awesome in terms of customer satisfaction. I would suggest everyone to stay here at least once. You will love the ambience. The only issue i faced in my stay was that on consecutive nights, the guests staying in the adjacent cottage/tent created nuisance, once at 1:00 am when i had to request them personally to let us sleep, and second time on the other night when i had to call mr. Khushwant at 2:50 am and request him to make the nuisance makers understand that other guests had to sleep. This is why i mentioned above that the staff is not proactive. I think the staff should have taken care of such nuisance themselves on both the nights instead of me calling the owner. Rest all was awesome. Specially the food is great. The route to the location is bit rough though. But the roads have been started to be made. So i hope my next visit to nature drops will be smoother.

Dear Sir, thank you so much for the feedback for your stay here at Nature Drops. At the same time, we regret for the inconveniences caused to you during your stay which is actually not acceptable had it been me in your place. The place is good for relaxing holidays and one should definitely enjoy his stay but not at the cost of botheration for others. The same was communicated to the concerned guests staying next door to you as well but unfortunately they ignored it repeatedly and you were forced to call us at odd hours. We have taken it into account and will try that not to happen again. Also, the road leading to Pangot has now been constructed and hope you will enjoy your next visit here more comfortably .
Poor Stay
The ambience was good but the staff especially the caretaker gaurav was very rude. They consider customer as atm machine.

Dear sir, thank you for your visit here at Nature Drops. At the same time we regret for any inconveniences caused to you. But sir since you had reserved a double bedded room with 02 extra beds for a total of 04 people while you were 05 people at the time of check-in, and you opted for a bigger room which could accommodate all five of you, the difference in tariff was communicated to you well in time and the same was requested to be paid later on. Sir, as you must also be aware that every facility is based on some cost which needs to be paid and the same was requested here. Still, we hope you enjoyed your time invested here and we look forward for another visit of yours here very soon.
Too much rules and regulations
They have too much rules and regulations, it felt we went there to give an exam. Secondly also it is not clearly mentioned that resort is pure veg. Overall we have not enjoyed our stay at all

Dear Sir, the inconveniences caused to you are deeply regretted but since the place is a family resort, we have to put certain restrictions to keep the place enjoyable to all and the ambiance is maintained. The place is vegetarian one and it has clearly been mentioned at every relevant point which might have been skipped by you.

Dear Sir, than you for visiting the place. We always try to deliver our best to maintain the best possible hygiene but there are certain limitations too. We apologize for not being able to stand up to your expectations but the main reason behind is that the time of your visit is during rainy months and there is lot of humidity around these 3 months generating fungus here and there. We will ensure a better condition of rooms during your next visit here.
Wonderful stay and wonderful food
familyI visited with my family. Resort is 100 % vegetarian. Food is awesome location of resort is awsome. Hospitality of the resort people was awsome. Overall i recommend to visit with whole family and stay for 4 to 5 days minimum and enjoy the beautiful nature along with awesome food and people

Stay, food, room service / support and behavior
Everything was perfect (stay, food, service) and all staff are very supportive. Great place to stay (specially for children. Nice place for nature lover. Bike & car parking available.

The 2 km road is pathetic though risk is not involved travel-ling through it. We hope to get it restored by the time you visit here next time.
