Aaj tak ki sabse worst trip rahi is resort ki . Pehle to location hi galat show kiya and then i booked 2 rooms and when I reached there they said only 1 room booked as i paid for 2 rooms for 2 days . Waste of money also they do not need customers that wts i feel . Service is poor and also and most important nanital to this resort way is so so dangerous. Service bi ekdm bekaar thi . I will never book trip in this resort ever and also suggest don’t go there . They don’t even care if people come or not . Not even 1% they cared.

We double-checked there is no record of payment for two rooms Neither you have booking Boucher of 2nd room. We also respectfully disagree with your statement about our staff and service. Our team always strives to provide the best hospitality experience, we regret if you felt otherwise. As for the route from Nainital, it is a hilly area and the roads are part of the natural terrain. Most of our guests enjoy the peaceful location and natural beauty away from the hustle of city life. We always welcome genuine feedback that helps us improve. Staff is not supportive and very poor service i had a very bad experience and they don't even care whether it is day time or night they only think about their money

familyCommon area not properly maintained. I checked out from hotel after 10 min of check in. Only room was ok. No parking area in the hotel. Road to pangot is pathetic. View from room is worst.

They are just making fool of customer. Food charges are too high. Staff specially person named krishna use to charge for every service. At last it's good property with worst staff and service

Pathetic and terrible experience
I stayed here for overnight, and these are the points that made me give this negative review: 1. The person at the reception was terribly rude and impolite, my kids were spending family time after dinner in a so called lawn area where they had kept small swing, this was post dinner, a fellow guest started behaving very rudely and this guy came and asked us to go back to our room saying no one allowed to take a strall or come out after 10 pm, as per rule. The way he behaved was very very impolite. Next day at the timenof checkout i asked him show me the rule where it is written post 10pm guest are not allowed to come outside, he was not having answers. 2. The wash basin was clogged and water drainage was a issue initially, 3. Intercom was not working 4. Overly priced property for the facilities they have provided 5. Breakfast was horrible not much options only oily paranoia, omelets, bread jam butter 6. Road connecting the property to the main road is really in a serious bad condition making it very risky to reach the property 7. People with problem of arthritis or knee pain cannot climb the stairs to the reception as it's very steep. Overall totally not recommended

The approach for the hotel is convenient, not suitable for staying with family. Rats, flies and cockroaches can be easily visible. In totality over valued property.

Beautiful location. But not for families.
Very bad for persons and family who wants to be in peace. Alcoholics groups are present each and every night. They use to play loud music and create very bad experience for other visitors.

Sir, sorry for the inconvenience you faced at the property. As you have seen the property is spread over 50, 000 sq. Feet, and the cottages are according to your need and budget. If you were looking for peace and tranquillity you should have opted our private cottage with personal patio, garden, where you would not have been disturbed by anyone. But you chose to stay in a camp which is particularly for camping purpose and therefore preferred by guest, usually youngsters, who come for camping and enjoyment, which is incomplete without music.

Well maintained property with great location
I stayed for one day only and property is very well built up at nice location. Entire staff is very courteous and helpful. Just an improvement point is too add some more option in breakfast.
