Hotel is Dirty , Not Clean , Towels and Bedding was teared , all things were too old and not maintained.

The rooms were okay manageable. BUT the service, the staffs and the cleanliness is a joke. The parking is far if you have your own vehicle. Very overpriced. The veg options in the hotel restaurant are very limited.

a family of 4. very good location. no frills hotel. staff very helpful. power back up, hot water available. overall a very decent budget stay for a short visit.

The receptionist was very rude. we have asked for early checking as I was with my 4 year old kid but the staff just said they will give room at 10. this was very irresponsible and disgusting attitude. they could have just said instead that they will give spare room. even the rooms were disgusting. there was power cut at night constantly and their inverter was not working. worst stay. MMT should take quick action

Not good not bad....HOTEL was different from the picture which they showed. Very bad quality food tasteless. The hotel staff was good and polite. 24 hrs hot water. The hotel is in the main market and it was very easy to find.

It is a great property in the center of main mahabaleshwar, main shoping market and bus stop is hardly 100 meters. The major tourism spots are also close by for which the hotel provides you cab services if needed, there is chart of which are reception (no cheating.

Superb service by mmt provided, also hotel booking was perfect, we didn't make any call to hotel for our booking, also hotel provide room to our choice. I also booked my london air tickets with mmt. Also in future we definitely remember mmt for tour.

The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a family of two adults and two kids comfortably. They are clean and well-maintained, with tidy toilets. However, a persistent foul smell from the toilets and slow-drying floors significantly detract from the experience. The reception service is sporadic, as the person in charge is not always present. When available, the staff is courteous and offers good service. The hotel has a small restaurant on the ground floor, but the experience there is underwhelming. Despite an extensive menu, most items are unavailable. The food quality is poor, making it seem like the restaurant is best suited for serving only tea and coffee. While the hotel's location and spacious rooms are its strengths, the foul-smelling toilets, inconsistent reception service, subpar food quality, and lack of basic amenities like towels bring down the overall experience. Based on these factors, the hotel can be rated as average.

We had a pathetic time at the hotel, in fact it is not a hotel it’s a lodge, no ventilation at all and on the ground floor. No water was provided, only 1 charging point on the entire room, broken bucket, worms roaming everywhere in the room and bathroom.

Good rooms compare to price, easy to navigate, good service and nice and helpful staff, overall nice stay in this price.

No cleaning at all in the room, bad smell is coming no ventilation no bedsheet and pillow are clean lights coming and going in morning continuously i am not suggesting this hotel for coming tourist

Good people+location is excellent+rooms are neat & clean+ service is also best.
