Rooms are not tidy enough no proper bed sheets Ac. Quality. Is not good Very much upset of this choose

It was a decent stay and the staff were friendly room was clean and tidy 🙂🙂🙂

The room was horrible and people were smoking right outside the room and the furnishing part was also horrible. Especially the bedsheet and rough they gave was pathetic. Not at all recommended for families

Hotel room is good and clean. From hotel everything is nearby, which is in centre. Morning coffee facility is not available at hotel else everything is fine.

Water also is not provided at room. Room is good. A/c, geiser functioning good. But no water, no coffee. People at reception are not polite. Atleast when checkin, one lit. Water bottle is provided. Atleast they can maintain water bottles and coffee machine in hotel. Every-time going outside and getting. It takes more time and more staff also.

Room is neat and hygiene as well as bathroom. Behaviour of the staff is also very good. Very near to centre where we can get auto to go anywhere in eluru.

No issues. The hotel was maintained neat and clean.

Room and toilet were clean. Suite room is big enough for 3 people had twin beds and an extra bed too. Location was easy to find. Staff were decent and helpful.

Location is good but ambience is poor

Ac remote not working on the entry and he got the new one remote to turn on and took it back. Just to turn on or off. The next morning water started leaking from ac. Ignore this place, if you're planning with family.

Room was good and bath rooms are spacious and clean. Location wise also good. They had restaurant but don't have vegetarian food. But their staff is bringing the food and coffee etc if we ask them to get it from out side. Staff behaviour also good.

Nook-ed this hotel in an emergency hault at eluru. I was travel-ling with wife and 6 year old son. Poor hygiene and moreover, my adjacent room was given to group of people for partying and you can not imagine the kind of nusense i experienced the whole night. Even after multiple calls to front desk didn't help much. It continued until l 5 am in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel if you are travel-ling with family. After looking at people partying i felt surely a great place for no inturreptionhard partying.

Money wise it's Worth it, good room service and I had some delay in some process.

Hotel is good, no complimentary breakfast, breakfast and they get it from outside restaurant, taste was good. Rooms are spacious.
