We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and the hospitality was exceptional—every detail was taken care of with such warmth and care that it made us feel completely at home.

The stay was comfortable. The reception staff was courteous.

1. AC does not work properly in most of the rooms, we booked 2 rooms and had to switch 5 times into different rooms of which only 1 room has AC working properly and cooling the rooms. Other room’s AC was running at 16 degrees but the room’s temperature did not even felt like 24 degrees. 2. ⁠Gyser doesn’t work either. I first asked them in the midnight as I came back from the wedding and wanted to take shower but they clearly denied that Water geyser doesn’t work at that time and they couldn’t do anything about it. Next day we all took shower in the morning and then in mid afternoon, in both the rooms gyeser was not heating up the water at all. 3. ⁠the hand shower was broken in the suite of room number 101, which made it difficult for us to use washroom. 4. ⁠Hotel would only give 2 water bottles per day, which are insufficient in hot summer days. They would charge you additional for every extra water bottle you ask them for. The stay was not at all pleasant. The AC in room were not working we have to shift rooms multiple times due to this, even after that the problem didn’t resolve. Also the lighting in room is not good, I had to go to the wedding but Couldn’t get ready properly due to low lights. Water gyeser doesn’t work properly, there was no hot water coming at all at any given point throughout the day. The hand shower was also broken in suite room which was not good.

A good value for money hotel that punches above it's weight. Location is ideal, away from city centre, yet within city limits. Staff is courteous, pleasant and helpful. Rooms are very good. Amenities match the room tariff; clean, hygienic bathrooms. Restaurant is on ground floor, good food, an amazing outdoor location to sit and enjoy meals. All in all, zero complaints, 100% satisfaction.
