Poor Stay
The Hotel facilities was very poor. The tea & water came to my room without my order & they charged for it also. After raising objections from my side they are not all entertained me. From next time I will take special care before booking any hotel from your ..

Nice location nearby kasi biswanath temple and all GANGA MATA river ghat , Ganga arti darsan . Good food provided by hotel resturant , all staff are very cool and cooperative

Good hotel
Place is very near to Vishanathji temple, but taxi cannot go until the hotel. Need to walk for 400 meters. People are good. Nice place to stay if want to stay very close to the temple

Terrible Stay
the room alloted was so dirty. it was stinking. the drawer had leftover rooten food and drinks bottle which the house keeping and hotel staff didn't bother to check and clear before allowing the room to someone. the sheets were not changed too. it was a horrible experience and couldn't manage few hours also

Clean and good room very near to temple.
Neat and clean room. Very near to Shri Kashi Vishwanath Mandir, Dashashwamedh ghat and other temples.

Average hotel in congested locality
An average hotel in a very congested locality. Difficult to get even a taxi to this place. Hotel is average and nothing too great. Quality of food in the restaurant is pathetic. Roooms not commensurate to the price tag. Only saving grace for the hotel is it's close proximity to Kashi Vishwanath temple, else it's better to stay away since lot of better options available. Attitude of staff is indifferent. Will not recommend this hotel.

Positives Location is a big positive - very close to Kashi Vishwanath temple & all other places of visit. Taste of the restaurant food was ok. Not so good things Car / Auto do not come to this hotel. If you have kids, senior citizens.they need to walk between 500 mts to 1 km to get in or get out. For the price that they charge, hotel hygiene and amenities need to be much better. Complimentary breakfast has no options ( puri sabji, poha, jalebi and tea coffee on all three days )

Good Stay
Hotel location is close to Kashi temple and is severely restricted area for vehicle entrance. We had to get down 500 meters before the hotel. We requested hotel staff for help and staff physically lifted our luggage to the hotel. We had to walk along to reach hotel.

Disappointing stay - not worth the price
We booked a stay for three people, but the hotel only provided a double bed, which was very inconvenient. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of phenyl, which was unpleasant and overwhelming. The condition of the room was unacceptable, with broken bedframes, dirty bedsheets, pillows, and towels. Room service was extremely slow, adding to our frustration. The bathroom was much smaller than shown in the pictures and did not meet our expectations. Additionally, the property does not allow vehicles up to the hotel, requiring a 10-15 minute walk to reach it. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near temple gate 4 and ganga ghat, which made it easy to access these important landmarks. However, the experience overall was not worth the price charged. The current pricing does not justify the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and basic amenities.

Excellent Stay
The hotel is very good at a prime location. Everything is near by, the ghat the temple the shopping areas and great food around. The hotel also serves great food. The staff is very helping and kind. We were very well greeted and taken care of from picking us up to dropping us to locations. Overall a lovely stay.
