Hotel City Palace

Food are very spicy and oily Room services are very bad No hospitality services Charged extra money of Rs 700 Dinning services are provided in room not at dinning hall No work table and no dinning table provided in room Complete waste of money.

The hotel’s manager and receptionist’s was very rude. They were demanding extra amount without any valid reason. They weren’t providing drinking water, so we had to collect on our own from the water purifier , installed at the top floor . Geyser not installed in the bathroom, hot water not available

Very good hotel, very good staff. location is near phool mandi 50 meter inside a lane, 2 km from Varanasi Jn. Only breakfast and tea available, lunch and dinner you may not get. Room is good but my room has little sepage.

I had great stay at this hotel. Good location, modern rooms with all relevant amenities. Both the managers were extremely professional and hospitable. Other staff and in room dining was also great. The property made our stay at Varanasi more memorable.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous throughout. Overall, a good experience — would definitely recommend!

in that it was very poor, they were half litre of water as complimentary, there was not blanket cover, breakfast timing is also not good. 2000 better option are available, i prefer please don't stay there

Room was very small and dirty. Hotel staff was unhizanic. The brackfast time is also after 9.00 am.

It was good but the bedsheets and pillows cases were not that clean. Tv doesn't not work. Food is good.

Worst experience , pathetic service and very rude behaviour . Not recommended at all. Inspite of informing about an error in booking these people did not reschedule or cancel our stay.

Amazing Staff Members. Very helpful Breakfast was also on time. They also allow to Keep your luggage after checkout.
