Subject: Terrible Experience at Hotel Devansh Booked through MakeMyTrip
Dear MakeMyTrip Team,
I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at Hotel Devansh, which I booked through your platform. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible.
Despite arriving 2 hours early and the booking confirmation mentioning 3-hour early check-in, I was asked to pay ₹300 for early check-in. Moreover, the staff's behavior was unprofessional.
To make matters worse, someone from the staff entered my room while I was present, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
Given this experience, I'm extremely dissatisfied with Hotel Devansh .
I hope you'll look into this matter and take necessary actions to improve the quality of service.
