An average hotel experience. The staff was very polite, helpful, surrounded area is gud peaceful However, the Property was not well maintained, 3 km from the main road. The room was okay, but the electricity was frequently interrupted.

Its a good property and property supervisor is so friendly

Had a pleasant stay at HK Grand Inn, Yercaud. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with helpful staff and good amenities. The location was convenient, offering easy access to tourist spots. A peaceful and enjoyable experience overall.

The rooms r without ventilation. when we checked in they were smelling. Even the bathroom wasn't clean. There is no inhouse food available. Not even. tea or coffee. we have to ask for everything like towels, soap, water, etc... MMT should not list such a property. there are better ones arround.

We found in make my trip, they have given all the details very transparent and clearly.

The Host Varun's Guidance and assistance was great! Food was also good. Very easy to access the other tourist places.

Really worst experience staying at this hotel. No basic things provided. No towel, no toothpaste, brush, soap, hand wash.

I went with my wife and child(3yrs) the property is too safe and very clean we booked room for 2 nights and really its pleasent the resort is sorrounded by beautifull trees and plants which will give us a nice peace of mind and there is no disturbance only thing is if u need any food there is no hotel near by but in resort if u inform prior for food they will prepare it for you we had chapathi and idly prepared in the resort really it give us homely food taste and really good simply to say the resort is awesome

It's good to stay in this hotel, value for money. Nice place and very calm. Good coordination with Manager and guidance for site seeing places.

The stay was good. Staff was courteous. Only issue was the non availability of catering service during my stay. The property is located 3km away from the town and surrounded by high vegetation which makes it more interesting in the night.

Pros: situated next to road & surrounded by lush green cons: review pertaining to room 501, attaching pics for reference 1. No tv as promised while booking 2. Moulds in shelves 3. No mats near washrooms or any part of the room 4. Frogs/snails? in washroom, removed after informing caretakersince situated next to greenery, its expected staff to check rooms before handover to guests 5. Though doors locked still space is evident, no curtains as well 6. Bathroom blinders aren't doing work, someone can access from outside 7. Staff doesn't check ua requirements, you have to approach them frequently 8. Internet on & off. With ~12mbps

we have booked this 3rd and 4th but missed the stay God saved us we have arrived at the property on 4th of October it's one of the worst property looking like garbage yard then we spoke to hotel person he asked extra money we said if it's free of cost also we didn't staying.then again booked the hotel by personal it's like heaven Selvamathi villa God it's too good. about HK grand inn pls refer the photo which we took in person.Requesting don't book it's not good and hygiene it's personal experience..

It was a wonderful stay. We went as a group of 8 people. The only difficulty we faced at night was that there was no drinking water. All nearby shops were closed. But morning the owners provided us with water.

Good Stay, property clean and comfortable. For Family and Friends recommended for a stay in yercaud.

There was no power and the generator was not working; no responsible person available to complain except two helpers! the value of the property was only rs. 2000 but make my trip collected rs. 7000- everything fraudulent!
