this is ok stay , the amount charged for the super delux room is not worth , facility are little old , staff is good , too many monkeys , they do attack , the sales team girl who handles does not know how to talk and give support , bad experience, to the owner can talk to me in case more clarity needed

Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback. Just to clarify, your booking was made via MMT for the Super Deluxe room, while your friend booked the Deluxe room directly with us. The confusion seems to have started when your friend requested an upgrade before even entering the property, citing moisture issues, and expected it complimentary. Our team politely explained that upgrades aren’t free, and if it came across as rude, we apologize. We always strive to provide clear communication and good service, and there was no issue from our side prior to the room upgrade request. Regarding your other comments, we note that the facilities are slightly older, and yes, there are monkeys around the property which are part of the local environment. Our staff always does their best to manage this and ensure guest safety. We appreciate your feedback and for any further clarity, the owner is happy to speak with you directly.

Great experience. Located in a very peaceful place. Great service. Great food. Welcoming staff. Stayed for 2 nights. Had an amazing trip.
