Hotel is situated in a ice place but facility is terrible, as no proper power back up, mobile charging facility have to be begged from the hotel as at night no upside or dg facility is available. Bathroom well made but accessories are not working properly, as the flush not working properly, at first we have been given a room where gizzard service was not working properly, so we have to ask for a room change

Good services, good food, spacious room, excellent view from terrace, cooperative staff but 3- 4km down from chakrata.

The location was very peaceful and calm. The location of the property was so easy anyone goes theirs by cab. The room was also so comfortable and relaxing with all the modern amenities. Cleanliness and facilities were good. The owner and staff were so humble and cooperative. The food was also so delicious. I must recommend the property to others.

Hotel location is good, food is good. Staff was good, owner is a nice person. Tv was not working, hot water took some time after requested. Basic kit should have more item. Overall good experience as all the problems were minute and were solved easily.
