It was really a good experience. The food was delicious, along with the service. Rooms were also neat and clean. Staff behavior was very polite and good. The location of the hotel is also good, and it was really a good experience to stay in the Shiv Sarovar hotel. Tiger fall is just 3 km away.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel near Tiger Fall in Chakrata. The staff was truly amazing – incredibly polite, helpful, and always available. They created such a warm, family-like atmosphere that really made the experience special. Every little issue was handled quickly and with a smile. The location is a bit offbeat, so don’t expect fancy cafes or nightlife nearby – but that’s exactly what makes it so peaceful. The views are breathtaking, and it feels like you’re completely cut off from the outside chaos. Ideal for anyone looking to relax in nature. The food was fresh and homely, and the amenities were basic but clean and comfortable. We hardly saw any other visitors – maybe it was off-season – but the quiet, uncrowded vibe added to the charm. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with great hospitality, this is the place.

I have paid 4000 for this property and till date I am unable to justify my amount.

The property is under construction till now.No TV in rooms.No Side stools.Wood smell persists as it is not painted yet. Room services were average.Food was very good.Location is fine.Hosts were polite

Stay at shiv sarover resort was comfortable. The resort is very good, the river flowing at its back side at its backside makes it more beautiful and adds value to it. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Food was tasty. The place is very near to tiger fall. Would love to come again.

The overall experience with the property was below average. They created a mess with my booking. I booked one family room and one room since i was travel-ling with my family. Initially, they denied it and told me that they had already allotted a family room to someone. After a lot of push finally they gave me the family room. By that time it was already 3 pm. Very awful experience. The food is highly expensive and now worth of money. We couldn’t get hot water and normal water since the electricity was coming and going. They don’t have a dg set even.

The rooms are quite spacious and the i enjoyed the view from the room. I travel to mountains twice a year and the best part of the property was consistent chai, it tasted same all the three days i stayed there. Food is really good, must try dal makhni and omelette.

Our stay at shiv sarovar was good. The place was clean, hygienic and very comfortable. River on the back was an icing on the cake. Deducting 1 point because of the staff and availability of food. Aalo paratha or quick snacks were not available and the food menu was expensive too.

Hi, the stay was amazing. The view of the river flowing at the back was mesmerising. The property comes with ample parking, private approach to the river and also walkable distance from tiger falls. Definitely recommend this property for everyone. Mr chauhan keep doing the good job.
