Review Of Hill View Resort

Don't go by its name. It's not a resort, merely a hotel having swimming pool. The services are par below a well-managed hotel. The location is not so good, no restaurants nearby so you are compelled to eat only what the resort offers. Services like water, tv, fan etc also not proper.

Good things: food, pool, cooperative staff and ambience. Bad things: no cleanliness, no amenities that are suppose to be there even in a regular room, even though i had booked for a suite there was no tv, no toiletries, no cleanliness, bathroom was stinking, lizards every where in the balcony. When asked the manager said that they are still in the process of coming out of the pandemic situation. If that is the car why do they charge for a suite they can charge for the things they are giving only. Very disappointed by the room's condition.

I liked the stay and the food was very good in taste. but the only worst thing was service. for every meal we had to wait for long time...in 1st night stay, we did wait for 1:30 hrs for food.it was horrible. also they don't have Power backend which made us suffer 2 midnight till morning.

Staff service and rooms are not upto my Expectations. Water was not coming in Washroom.In one day same complain I had to done 5-6 times.

Must Try. Don't look for other hotels it's value for money. Good location, well-furnished delux room, testy breakfast with 4 items. I like it.

We stayed at hill view resort to attend the wedding in khanvel resort. The hill veil can be called a lodge and not a resort at all. The corridor was covered with wooden ply. Near to the pool in one corner they had dumped all the trash. The pool was not clean. Overall very poor experience.

Rude hotel staff, no amenities provided as mentioned on MMT. Worst MMT support on call.

A decent hotel surrounded by a few interesting tourist spots such as the butterfly garden a small museum. The hotel is decent but the food is really good. Rooms are clean staff is polite.
