A beautiful house, spacious rooms, has a heritage feel no doubt. But was it worth the price, I don't think so! We stayed a night on our way to statue of unity. Finding property on the location shared by MMT will lead you about a km astray. Best to call Dushyant ji and confirm with him. He is a warm person, very welcoming. About the property, it's does have a palatial air to it but needs severe restoration. The rooms (heritage semi heritage) are made only 9-10 years ago, but is a part of the overall structure which I am informed is nearly a 100 years old. So all and all, if you have to stay in Rajpipla, go for it absolutely hands down subject to the cost being. This is 25 kms away from SoI, so can be a good alternative when the nearby hotels get full Didn't try the food and are at Shri Ram Bhojanalaya. Some scrumptious Gujarati Thali.

The property is famous by the name chhatra violas palace. So, unsure how true the location is as shown by the business name in google. I talked to the owner and used the correct name and reached without an issue.

Mmt needs to correct location, food is fresh healthy, cleanliness needs bite improvement. Bathroom needs some changes. Overall host and staff very cooperative. Overall good day new experience

Hotel has no professional management. There was no board of hotel so find it difficult to find. Seems too pricey for services they provided . The room in main hotel was big but not clean. We shifted to another cottage. Breakfast was very good. The Haveli is pretty good but services should be improved. The cottage where we shifted was owned by a Parsi couple where we enjoyed Parsi hospitality in nice big room.

No professional touch to this hotel, Bedsheets, towels everything you can compare with simply Lodge.

The location was quite good but it was hard to find. We have to ask 3-4 people to reach there. The facilities were not there, the staff was an average. The food was available at the property but it was not good and hygienic so we didn't have it. The food was horrible. The price was higher but services were not there. I will not recommend this property to others.

The property was not all good or maintained. It was only renovated but there were no facilities available on the property. There was no proper restaurant, only one cook was available but that also prepares non-veg food only. There was no staff, the only owner was available. Rooms were spacious but bedsheets were old, sofa set was also old. It was not at all maintained properly. The TV was also not working. It is also situated in the middle of the city so crowdy. Overall very pathetic stay.

Very expensive, limited facilities, don't waste your money for staying to this place.
